Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. SKN by Rachel charges a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours of the appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify SKN by Rachel at rachel@sknbyrachel.com as soon as possible to reschedule. Thank you!
